- What is UC for BIMcloud?
- It is a sharing service of ARCHICAD project. Using ARCHICAD’s teamwork function, you can share the data to the cloud and update the BIM model in real time.
- What is the difference with other companies’ services?
- UC for BIMcloud is a service officially certified by Graphsoft Japan as a dedicated server for ARCHICAD. It is the world’s No. 1 share ratio on ARCHICAD dedicated servers.
- Can I share files other than ARCHICAD?
- Since UC for BIMcloud is a shared service dedicated to ARCHICAD, it is not possible to share files other than ARCHICAD. However, we offer storage services for sharing files other than ARCHICAD. Together, you can enrich your teamwork function.
- What if I want to add capacity or increase the number of connected users?
- We have an extended server plan. Since we can upgrade the usage environment at any time, we can respond flexibly to expansion of business.
- What is the support system?
- We are monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing comfortable and stable service.
- Is the communication encrypted?
- UC for BIMcloud proprietary function supports SSL encrypted communication. The communication data between the customer’s PC and the cloud is encrypted and kept secure.
- Is the cloud operating environment good?
- UC for BIMcloud is operated at the data center in Tokyo.
In addition, a strong firewall is applied to the cloud.
- Is security perfect?
- We have acquired ISO 27001 (information security management: ISMS) of international standard and operate compliant service. Cloud computing services are used by customers in various industries such as major newspapers and listed general contractors.

About contract
- How to apply?
- Please fill out the required application form and hand it over to the dealer where you bought ARCHICAD.
- How long can you use from the application?
- When we receive your application, we will send you an invoice. We will deliver it within one business day at the shortest after payment of the customer is confirmed.
- Is there a minimum use period?
- Minimum use period is 3 months.
- What should I do when I want to cancel?
- Cancellation procedure is possible from our cancellation application form prescribed by our company.
About billing and payment
- Payment method?
- Payment method is only bank transfer.
In addition, the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Please note.
- What is the first invoice amount?
- The initial billing content is the initial fee and the monthly fee for two months.
- When will we be charged monthly?
- We will inform you by e-mail the fee for the next month around 10th of every month.
For the usage fee (monthly fee) we use the prepayment method.
